Erica is absolutely amazing!! She is so knowledgeable and keeps the workouts interesting. I have gotten in to the best shape of my life and i owe it to Erica. The gym is intimate and has a private feel. The one on one personal training experience is the way to go. Not intimidating in the least. The fitness classes are an amazing workout in just an hour and you can’t beat the $10 fee compared to most places that charge $20. It’s definitely worth checking out. You won’t want to go anywhere else.
